Every year in September the committee is assembled at an annual meeting, where the members of the committee are convened with at least three weeks’ notice. At the annual meeting the board of directors is elected. The board of directors consists of a chairman, a deputy chairman, a cashier an two additional members.
Furthermore the head of the Danish Centre for Urban History is a member of the board. Re-elections are possible. At the annual meeting an accountant is also elected, but he/she cannot be a part of the board. All positions are unpaid.
At the annual meeting the chairman reports on the past year, and the cashier presents the audited account for approval.
